What areas do you cover?
Our Head Office is based in North London and mainly operate in the South East of England and surrounding areas. Our musicians and performers have been booked internationally and we can also arrange transport of our production based on your requirements.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you've confirmed your event date, we recommend getting in touch. Our process is designed to be flexible — your requirements can evolve as planning progresses, and we'll always get your confirmation before booking anything on your behalf.
Is everything in-house or do you outsource?
We own, maintain, and service all our own equipment. Occasionally we'll bring in one or two items from a trusted supplier, but either way, we take full responsibility for your event running smoothly — dancers on time, acts perfectly timed, and every vendor working together to keep the night flowing seamlessly.
What types of events do you cater for?
We cater for all types of events, including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, private celebrations, corporate events, product launches, and everything in between. Simply put — if it needs production, decor, or entertainment, we're the team for the job.
Are you insured?
In this industry, there's no calling in sick — the show must go on. Our staff are trained to handle any situation, we carry £10m public liability cover for worst-case scenarios, and we keep backups ready for crucial elements that your event depend on.
Our Process
Initial Enquiry
This is where it all begins — you get in touch with your event date, event type, and a rough idea of what you're looking for. We'll ask a few key questions to understand your vision, guest numbers, and requirements, so we can put together a proposal that's actually relevant to you.
Booking Us In
A small booking fee secures your date in our diary and confirms your booking with us.
Planning Meeting
Once booked, we sit down (in person or virtually) to go through the finer details — your vision, style, and priorities for the event, so we can start building out the plan properly.
Timings & Schedule of Event
We map out a full running order for the day — arrival times, key moments, entertainment slots, and any handovers between suppliers — so everything runs on time and in sequence.
Quote for Additional Items
If anything extra comes up along the way — additional decor, an extra act, more furniture, etc. — we provide an updated quote for those items so there are no surprises.
Confirmation of All Elements
Before the event, we confirm every single detail with you — production, decor, entertainment, furniture, and effects — so everything is locked in and agreed before the big day.
Pre-Event Details
This covers the final touches — music selection, last-minute preferences, and any remaining details that need to be finalised before the curtains rise.
Event Day
You arrive as guests — the equipment, crew, and production are already in place well ahead of time, so on the day, you're simply there to enjoy the event alongside your friends, family and colleagues and we make sure everything runs flawlessly.
Post-Event Follow-Up
After the event, we check in to hear how it went, gather your feedback, and make sure you're completely happy with how everything came together.
