Amy's Batmitzvah - Marquee NW4
We had the pleasure of organising a double storey marquee to fit around our clients garden space. Incorporating a top mezanine dining area going down the stairs to the party area with reflective gold bar, white/gold occasional furniture and white LED dancefloor. Entertainment for the evening was delivered by our amazing DJ Live band, LED Poi Show. All carefully timed and managed by our incredible team.
Zain's Barmitzvah - JW3
For our client's 1st Barmitzvah we were challenged with accomodating a formal dining setting for the adult guests, whilst providing the children with an informal fun and entertaining experience. We used our silent disco system to keep the kids dancing whilst the adults enjoyed their sharing platters dinner. Along with our interactive breakdancers, both the kids and adults were pretty much on the dancefloor the whole night. Production was matched to the red and black invitation colours and music carefully selected by our clients to ensure we catered for all of the attending generations.
Jaime's Batmitzvah - Bushey Academy
The brief was an awards show combined with a prestige Batmitzvah. So we delivered an oscar themed party complete with paparazzi, red carpet, step and repeat branded backdrop and meet and greet with the stars. Additional entertainment included lookalike celebrities, giant oscar statues, casino tables, as well as an oscar themed Photo Booth. Having to include 3 sets of speeches and award presentations. Our scheduling and timing was designed to keep all the guests completely engaged whilst keeping the atmosphere flowing.
Michali's Batmitzvah - JW3
This client wanted to incorporate her daughters love for the Tiffany & co. Brand. We started by setting a mirrorball to create a sparkling effect throughout the venue. Along with a branded DJ booth and custom Gobos, the production really hit the mark. Final touches included themed centrepieces to suit and the right mix of showy entertainers to make guests feel like they've arrived at a Tiffany & Co. launch party. Our scheduling techniques made sure the focus was still on the Batmitzvah girl and her family.
